2. Product Information & Small Batch Variations
Please note: As our candles are hand-poured in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, and scent intensity may occur. These characteristics are not flaws but a testament to the handmade nature of our products. We strive to represent all products accurately, but your candle may have unique artisanal qualities.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Once an order is confirmed, processing begins immediately.
- Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of order placement.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship our artisanal candles with the utmost care. Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order. Zence Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance for international orders.
