Returns
We want you to love your Zence Studio candles. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused and unlit candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to start the process.
Refunds & Damaged Items
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours for a replacement.
- Sale items and used candles are not eligible for return.
