Our Commitment

At Zence Studio, we take great pride in our hand-poured candles. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email contact@zencestudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Preparation: Securely pack the unused candle in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping: Ship the package back to our studio. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Review: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Terms

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items damaged due to improper use or that show signs of burning are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. we will happily send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
